In short, an innovative approach that focuses on the entirety of needs–from immediate behavior health to physical health to whole-person wellness.

Accessible. Affordable. Empathetic.

When you contact Veterans Recovery Resources, count on a quick response. Whether in our clinic or conversations with our peer counselors, you can rely on care that does more than treating the immediate need.

Instead, we look at the big picture for contributing factors, including primary health screening. With that knowledge, we will map out a successful strategy for wellness.

That’s our commitment to those we serve. And our commitment to our community.

We show you how to recognize the triggers in your life and prevent those triggers from affecting you. Using our clinically proven strategies, you will come to find a much-improved quality of life—and all that goes with it. So you can realize life’s possibilities. So life can be joyous once again.

We are an Interdisciplinary Trauma-Informed Primary Care center. That means, when you walk through our doors, we look at the entirety of your needs. We treat you emotionally, physically, and spiritually. It’s an organic approach that doesn’t address one aspect of a patient’s needs but rather the totality of the problem.

What’s more, Veterans Recovery Resources’ efforts are based on a clinically proven approach. Our approach was developed by mental health professionals who realize that there had previously been no method formulated explicitly for treating Post-Traumatic Stress in Veterans and First Responders.

Several years ago, we put our approach into practice. And the results have been nothing short of remarkable. To date, over 450 Veterans, First Responders, and their family members have benefitted from our unique treatment program. What’s more, Veterans Recovery Resources has quickly gained the attention of other, similar organizations around the country.

How do we get started?

Because every need is unique, we begin with an assessment.

In our Clinic, you will speak to someone who truly understands the unique issues faced by Veterans and First Responders. In a warm and supportive environment, we’ll learn about your experiences and your challenges. At the same time, we’ll ask honest questions to help explore the full dimensions of your needs.

As we begin mapping out your plan, we do so with the knowledge there may pressing needs.

Often, our clients are struggling to simply cope with life. Whether it is housing, food, transportation, or VA enrollment, these are needs that must be met before true healing can begin. So during the initial assessment, we’ll determine those needs as well and respond swiftly to seek resolution.

We respond swiftly to resolve urgent needs standing in the way of your recovery. Drawing on our local and community partnerships, we find a way to get you the help you need.

How do our efforts achieve such high effectiveness?

One key reason is that our program is Peer Driven. Instead of a strictly clinical approach, your relationship with Veterans Recovery Resources will mean one-on-one conversations with someone like you. A Veteran. A First Responder. Someone with a similar lived experience. Someone who understands from where your trauma comes. Someone who has met similar challenges—and prevailed.

As a result, Veterans Recovery Resources is setting the standard for care when it comes to Post-Traumatic Stress.  So when you walk through the doors of Veterans Recovery Resources, you get individual attention needed to address the entirety of your needs–physical, emotional, and spiritual.

At VRR, you’ll find folks like you who have found meaning and purpose through pain and suffering. We know how to help.

Other ways we serve you.
