Through this course, we aim to elevate our
community’s response to the mental
health crisis in our area and educate community
members on the value of building resiliency.
Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour in-person training provided by certified instructors.
Instructors follow a curriculum and lead the group through a series of activities.
Expect to learn, interact with your classmates, and have fun.

Classes are limited and registration is taken on a first come, first serve basis so please register early.
Please note that participants must complete all 8 hours of the course and a final evaluation to receive a certification which lasts two years.
We are proud to offer Mental Health First Aid at a discounted rate of $30 per person (a $170 value). This fee covers the cost of a participant manual, supplies, and refreshments and lunch. If you have concerns about the cost, contact Melissa McKnight at firstname.lastname@example.org.
