Course Expectations

Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour in-person training provided by certified instructors.
Instructors follow a curriculum and lead the group through a series of activities.
Expect to learn, interact with your classmates, and have fun.

Classes are limited and registration is taken on a first come, first serve basis so please register early.

Please note that participants must complete all 8 hours of the course and a final evaluation to receive a certification which lasts two years.

Training Cost
The cost to participate in Mental Health First Aid is $0 (a $170 value).  Vets Recover (VRR) is willing to coordinate lunch, refreshments, and snacks for interested organizations.  For more information about this option, please contact Melissa McKnight at msm@vetsrecover.org.
