At Infirmary Health, we know when we all work together we can improve our communities. Because Veterans are such a vital part of our community, we are proud to support Veterans Recovery Resources and the community-based mental wellness program they provide. We are gratified to be able to support those who sacrificed so much for us.

Mark Nix,CEO, Infirmary Health

There is a major gap in community-based, Veteran-specific residential substance abuse treatment in our country.

While there are many outstanding organizations that help post 9/11 Veterans with acute post-traumatic stress, treatment can’t begin when substances are being used to self-medicate PTS symptoms.

Our goal is to create the first Veteran-specific residential program in southwest Alabama—and then launch one in each community where it’s needed across the United States.

We’ve accomplished so much with your help. But there’s still work left to do. Won’t you join the community in giving back to those who have selflessly served us?
